Fabio
It has been updated again and is now named "UT050418A.zip". The
latest version is near the bottom of the 'Files' section of the LPC2000
group on Yahoo .

Thanks Bill,

I've found it thank for your effor and time, I've also found my
wrong settings for LPC2106 IAR Kickstart Eval Board, I've do a wrong
assignement to the internal PLL then then calculated Baud Rate was
not right and different respect the hypotetical, now I've correct
this parameters and all work fine also with interrupt.
