Hi,

I was wondering whether Philips provide samples for
the LPC2xxx family. I know Microchip does.

Thanks
John

Yes, they do. I got a couple of LPC2103 samples out of them when it was a
new device and I couldn't get them locally.

Leon
Leon,

Could you please provide a link? I did check on
their product page and did not find the sample link.

Thanks,
John

I should have said that if samples for a particular device are available,
you can order them via the Philips web site. There should be a link on the
web page for the device. You can often get them from your Philips
distributor, as well. I've done that on one or two occasions but they
usually want to know all about the project, sales volumes, etc.

John,

Philips provides samples for brand new devices while they can not be
obtained through distribution, which is usually a time periode right
after the product announcement.

Once devices are in volume production and readily available through
e.g. www.digikey.com or your local distributor if he supports single
piece quantities, samples are handled through these channels.

Philips Apps
Thanks Leon. Will do.
