How can i put the pins of LPC2000-family into high-z ?

How can i put the ports of the LPC2000-family (LPC2294, LPC2292,
LPC2194, LPC2129) into high-z to isolate them from the rest of
electronic parts to make ict ? Which pins of the prozessor change the
state into high-z ? I didn't found any informations in the datasheets.

AFAIK there are no pins that change the state into high-z.
You can configure each P0.x and P1.x pin as GPIO input (with some
restrictions) from software. Have a look in the *user manual*.

Hi:

Probably what you want is to put the whole processor in RESET during
ICT (In-Circuit Test).

You just need to pull down the RESET pin.
