Re : I can use driver VCOM Port of the Keil in my product? or I am forced to buy a VI

You need your own USB VID if you want to be USB certified.
However, to avoid USB "collision" in the "real world", your own VID is better.

Some USB manufacturer allow you to use their VID and give you a personnal PID for your product.

You can buy your VID for about 1000$ - 2000$.

here is the USB-IF answer: ( http://www.usb.org/developers/usbfaq/#12 )
12. How do I get a USB VID, TID and PID?

A: Vendor IDs (VIDs) are owned by the vendor company and are assigned and maintained by the USB-IF only. Email a...@usb.org
for more information on USB-IF membership and obtaining a VID. Test IDs
(TIDs) are assigned by the USB-IF or by the certified independent test
lab at the time of testing. Product IDs (PIDs) are assigned by each
vendor as they see fit; the USB-IF recommends each vendor set up a
coordinated allocation scheme for PIDs so different teams don't
inadvertently choose the same PID for different products. Duplicate
numbers may cause driver error.
Hope this helps.

correct, but the impact of 'USB certified' is hughe, even compared to
buying your own VID

IIRC Microchip did this.

[AD:]
I sell ranges of 10 or 100 PIDs within my VID:

If you need a VID/PID for testing only:
http://www.voti.nl/pids/pidfaq.html q10

I don't 100% understand what you are trying to ask. The FAQ might
contain your answer: http://www.voti.nl/pids/pidfaq.html
