I have LPC-E2294 board. I want to download hex file using Philips LPC2000
flash utility but I always get "Couldn't communicate wit test board"

Any clue?

Are you using the right UART (#0)? I spent a whole day before I
realized that the bootloader request pin is UART#1 DCD, but UART#0 RXD
and TXD are used for communication. Will probably take years till I
understand the logic behind this.
