LPC2101/02/03 power-down current

Started by descoubeso June 25, 2007
Hello,

Dis anyone make measurement on the Vbat pin, when the LPC2103 is in
power-down state? (only RTC and its RAM are activated).
NXP datasheet indicates 7A typical, but it seems to be higher.

Thanks.

Are the unused I/O pins being terminated? If they are left
input, they are going to draw current from the pad. If not used,
set these IO pins to output high.
