It's probably marked on the PCB silk screen. Two row connectors usually have
the pins like this:

1 2
2 4
...

Doing the schematic like that makes it uncluttered (I sometimes do it
myself), but it would help if there was a separate drawing of the connector
with the signals clearly identified.
