More new LPC2100 parts

Started by Leon Heller November 22, 2003
I've just received an update from Philips:

LPC2119/LPC2129
Single-chip 16/32-bit microcontrollers; 128/256 kB ISP/IAP Flash with 10-bit
ADC and CAN

An Engineer's Guide to the LPC2100 Series

It'd be nice if we saw a datasheet !
I wanted to look and there's that survey again !
We got this update (well, I did :-) because I _did_ the survey.
Scratch.

Anywho.
Does anyone know what the Flash endurance is of the LPC210X ?

I found the data sheet. Try a search of the site using 'LPC2129'.

Still it would be nice if the philips pages weren't so slow to load
Four new chips
LPC2124 and LPC2129

LPC211x 128KB flash 16k sram
LPC212x 256KB flash 16k sram

LPC2114/LPC2124 64 pin 2 spi

LPC2119/LPC2129 64 pin 2 can, 2 spi

also the new chips are a different temp range.
looks to be automotive ? -40C to +85C

Ahh, finally some documentation. Interesting chips.

Also coming up the SJA2020

"Philips' SJA2020 is based on the industry standard ARM7 core, offering CPU
operation up to 60 MHz. Additional features
of the SJA2020 include a robust 256Kbytes of embedded Flash memory and
support for up to 6 CAN channels and 4 LIN
masters, providing designers with the highest level of flexibility in terms
of implementation and customization of the
gateway. "

It's also 144 pins so I can't imagine calling it a low pin count
device. Now if I ever need 6 CAN ports....
