I have one question on the use the LCP2388 USB peripheral. Is possile
use the USB1 as the Device and the USB2 as the host and not OTG function?

Yes! When PORT_FUNC[0] = 0 and PORT_FUNC[1] = 0,
U1 is Device and U2 is Host. If you don't use OTG,
the external OTG controller such as ISP1301 is not
needed. USB Device transceiver is built-in.
