LPC3130 digital music recorder/player

Started by Casainho May 5, 2009
Hello :-)

I am working on the Lyre Project, to design and build a Free/Open
hardware audio player (DAP) and recorder, for use with RockBox
firmware. Home page:
http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/LyreProject

I started with an ARM9 from Atmel but recently another person is
helping the project. This guy, Matt from Opendous (
http://code.google.com/p/armopendous/ ), is designing the board around
an LPC3130. You can see the schematics on that link, and needs KiCAD
for view it.

Does anyone knows any development board based on LPC3130? Does anyone
already ported Linux for this LPC?

Please read a bit more of my opinion for changing from AT91SAM9260 to
LPC3130 and see an image of LPC3130 footprint testing on KiCAD:

We would apreciate any help for this project.

Thank you.
