ADC analog input capacitance

Started by "hyu...@yahoo.com [lpc2000]" August 1, 2014
Hello everyone I have a doubt that puzzles me on LPC1769 datasheet about ADC

It says that there is a maximum analog input capacitance for the ADC (Cia). Is this the internal capacitance of the adc or the maximum capacitance i can connect to the adc input??
In http://www.nxp.com/documents/data_sheet/LPC1769_68_67_66_65_64_63.pdf
In figure 29 (page 69) the capacitance (Cia) is connected outside the microcontroller block.
So is the figure wrong???
Thanks in advance for your help

An Engineer's Guide to the LPC2100 Series

It's usually taken to mean the parasitic capacitance looking into the input.

Dear Engineers and Students,

As part of my initiatives to provide quality education to students and engineers, I am launching

a 2 day course on embedded RTOS. I am attaching a file, which provides more details.

Please contact me on my email id, if you are interested in the course.
Please pass on this information to as many students and engineers, who may be interested.
Best Regards,
