Interrupt Select Register (VicIntSelect) bit positions

The LPC2138 User's Manual does not provide a description of each of
the 32 bits for VICIntSelect (Table39). Does anyone have this
information? For instance, UART0 is bit 6.

Look at table 47: "Connection of Interrupt Sources to the Vectored
Interrupt Controller".
