hi,
can anyone tell me which is the fastest msp with an adc(more than 12 bit).

can anyone tell me which is the fastest msp with an dac(more than 12 bit).

also is there any msp which has both adc as well as dac.

The 169 has both ADC and DAC. This answers #3.

However, ...

Only the C323 and C325[A] have 14-bit ADCs. The maximum is 12 bits for
any F device.

No MSP430 have a DAC with more than 12 bits of input.

As Al says, any of the F16x or F161x devices.

All this is easily obtained from a parametric search off off
www.msp430.com, so Nair, you can explore away at
http://focus.ti.com/docs/search/parametricform.jhtml?tfsection=param_sea

HI Paul, yup, didn't catch the (more than) bit, one of those cases
where if the OP can't be bothered to even look at the data sheets, or
selection guide I figure they deserve no more than a basic clue.
