Hi, I was reading the book from dieter kohtz? and there was a hint about a programm called ntpicpro.exe with which one could program the 16F84 or something like this. As i want to use this PIC and dont want to buy an expensive pro programmer, i was wondering where to get this little program. Dieter didnt answer my mail til today...( well i sent it yesterday....) cu Wolfgang |

There are far better chips for the same price (16F87x, 18F*), better chips for a lower price (16F628(A), 16F648A, 16F819), and almost-as-good chips for a much lower price (16F630, 16F676). > or something like this. Check ic-prog and pony-prog, these are PC programs that can handle a wide variety of hardware. When you start with PICs do read 'start with PICs' at http://www.voti.nl/swp As for expensive: I sell the Wisp628 programmer kit for less than $ 30. > Dieter didnt answer my mail til today...( well i sent it > yesterday....)
