MAX 110/111ADC

Have anyone used MAXIM ADC MAX 110/111?

I am using Maxim ADC's max110/max111 for converting analog signals.
I have used the following control words for the first three steps of
caliberation.

offset correction-8D0C
gain caliberation-8D08
offset null 8D04

I have used the following specifications
channels -IN1+ and IN1-
VREF=+2.5V
-VREF= -2.5 V
VSS/VDD=-/+5V
CLOCK cycles920
clock divider = 4:1

I have the following questions.

1.What will be the conversion resolutions in terms of bits.

2 will i get all the 14 data bits +plus sign bit + overflow bit(16
bits as my output.

3 when i give an input voltage say 0.345v at IN1+ and 0.12v at IN1-
.I get the following output word 8D04.is it correct.

4.Should i take 2's complememt for the above word, since i use
differential input mode.

5 what is the formula for calcualting the volatge in differential
i/p mode

whether it is total counts*vref/16384.What is the value of VREF
here. 2.5v or 2.5/2 v.

This is a rather complicated chip. I will try to learn the data sheet
in the next day or so. What you say does not sound correct. It should
ouput 14 bits with sign and overflow, in effect 15 bits, 14 positive
and 14 negative. If the sign is negative, it is 2's complement output
and indicates that v- is less than v+. That is my thinking at this
time, being ignorant. Looks like your output is your offset null
input.
