Newbie questions.......

I have a Wisp628 programmer coming and cannot figure out where to
connect it on the circuit board so I intend to use a breadboard to
program the chip. I am confused on the power. What should I use
for the recommended 5V power source? Will 4 AAs be ok? Looks like
the power leads will connect to both the chip and the Wisp
programmer correct? Do I need any resistors between the Wisp and
the chip or can I make all the Wisp and power connections direct to
the appropriate chip pins? Is this going to work?

TIA

Might work, but a DC wall-wart followed by an 7805 is recommended.
