New LED display

I'm trying out a newish 4-digit 7-segment LED display from Kingbright
(CC56-12GWA), I noticed it in the current Rapid Electronics catalogue
and ordered one.

It's got 0.56" high digits (green) and 12 pins, and is much easier to
use than the standard displays, being multiplexed inside the package.
Price is only 1.50 GBP.

I've designed and made a small single-sided PCB for it with 4
transistors driving the digits. It makes a nice general-purpose
display for connecting to a PIC or any other MCU. If anyone wants the
artwork to make their own, get in touch. I'll post a picture of it, it
looks quite neat.
