For those who are using the above compiler, does anyone know what is
the relationship between each line of C code and the instruction
cycle? I want to determine how much time a particular segment of my
code is running and whether it is possible to improve the efficiency
of my codes any further

It depends on the particular instruction and the level of optimisation you
have selected.

It is a simple matter to examine the assembler output of the compiler and
count up the cycles. In my experience the compiler writes fantastic, tight
assembler code, it is so cleverly constructed that you would be hard
pressed to write tighter, faster assembler code by hand.
