On the double byte text in the browser page is garbled

Hello,

On the double byte text in the browser page is garbled, can you help me ?

1. RCM3xxx + compiled by DC v8.61 + Windows is Traditional Chinese version.

2. If using Microsoft Internet Explorer, everything is normal, but other browsers such as Google Chrome, FireFox, Opera .. into the RCM37xx WebServer page string is garbled.
3. If the RCM37xx WebServer page string is single byte (English), the browser page does not have font confusion.
