If any friend has Schematic/PCB files (Protel, PCAD, Altium) for
9S12DP512 9S12DP256B (112-LQFP) Microcontroller based board.

I request him to share with me.

See attached zip schematic sheet, it has a MC9S12DP256CCPV
symbol placed on it.

Note the attachment may only make it in the direct email as
the forum will strip it off the group listing.

it is simple packge . I require a small board with I/O
connectors , power supplies deatil.

I dont know if it is what youre searching for, but I use this

there is no schemetic of the board in the manual, but you can see al
circuits.

I use the Softec Microsystems ZK-S12-A evaluation board. There is a
full schematic and bill of material located here:
