Can anybody suggest to me where I can buy the M68HC12B32EVB ( evaluation board)
as the one that I am using got spoilt the Port P is generating errenous
pulses. I want a replacement part very soon. Please let me know if anybody have
knowledge regarding its vendors asap

EVBPlus.com is a good site for purchasing freescale development
boards..though I'm not sure if they have the exact model you are asking for.
You could easily just go for an upgrade though :)

Couldn't tell you off hand. There will be at least one main
diffierence...
The MC on the board is going to be different. However, a lot of your code
will probably still be usable with only slight modifications, you just have
to use different chip libraries.
The only other difference would be...
...different/extra peripherals on the board.
...some of those smaller development boards come with power supplies and
some just have a +/- terminal so they can be run by batteries, etc.
I would look at pictures to get an idea of how the peripherals have
changed...or get documentation.
