connect memory cards with avr

Hi,

First, I developed AVR programs using code vision environment and assembly.

I need to connect AtMega16 with a memory card - which used with digital cameras, mobilephones, etc ... -

1.Could you please help me to deal with it?
2.What libraries I need to have?
3.Have you any practical tutorials can help me (or simple examples can guide me)?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

There are plenty of examples in net. This is one of them..

I made my own using the ATmega162 however I have few bugs and I'm not able
to read 4gb SD cards. I can't say if there are ready-made libraries however
it's not difficult to change the available examples..
AFAIK SD and MMC have a common way to read & write.
