Plz help me for connect ad574 chip to avr for

How is it interfaced? Do you really need 12 bits? You need to make a
really
noiseless design to be able to use 12 bits together with a microcontroller.
Maybe equally difficult to make use of the full 10 bits inside the AVR. Why
not use the built in ADC?
If you want things to be easy, use a SPI interface ADC.
