I wanted the USB port on lpc2478 chip through software Delphi 7.0 with a
connection to data exchange can create.
But I do not have enough information to do it.

This is not the forum you need. There is nothing about using a particular MCU
that has anything to do with the app level in Windows USB. Just study the MS
doc on their MSDN pages concerning USB, and there is also much info and examples
on the Web about Delphi USB code.
