Farnell has the LPC812 LPCXpresso board in stock:
http://uk.farnell.com/nxp/om13053/eval-lpcxpresso-lpc812-cortex-m0/dp/2254492?Ntt"54492
It was only available from Mouser, previously. The shipping cost made it
rather expensive outside the USA.

I ordered one of these and received it yesterday.
Interestingly, the latest CrossWorks LPC812 LPCXpresso support package update mentions that the on-board JTAG can be disabled by connecting pin 1 of the SWD connector to 3.3V, enabling the board to be used with other JTAG interfaces such as the CrossConnect without cutting any tracks or chopping the board in half.
