Bluetooth SBC encoder (file conversion)

Hi folks:

I have a task to convert a dozen or so audio files into SBC encoded 
files.  SBC is Bluetooth's A2DP compression method.  The product 
requirements state SBC encoded files will be used to conserve storage 
space.  They are product voice prompt files.

I've had no luck finding any sort of something-to-SBC encoder on Google. 
  I'm hoping to get lucky locating an encoder from advice I could 
receive here.

Can anyone please help?
