  Do you mean as in their IC20 printed databook series (~1995), or the 
.PDF data sheets they now favour, which are on the WEB ?

The IC20 was last printed in 1998. The 1997 version is better. After
that date all data sheets were PDF's
 
If you want any Philips hard copy data sheets you have to print them
yourself.


Fortunately I have the 1997 and 1998 databooks. However these don't have
the PLC range in them.
