OT: What happened to Rigelcorp.com ?

Hi all,
I wonder what happened to www.rigelcorp.com

I searched for information on an old C166 Evaluation Board - the RMB166.
Unfortunately all links to the Rigel Corporation are dead. (Keil, TASKING, 
Infineon, google, altavista...)

Specifically - if anyone could help out with a user manual for this board I 
would be thankful.
