6805 flash chip

Does anyone know if there's a flash version of the Motorola 6805 C8/C9
chip that is pin compatible with the Motorola chip or a pin compatible
chip that has 4K or more of rewritable memory like flash or EEPROM in
addition to code memory.

The '05 has been replaced by the '08 for new designs - look there.
