where to start with uCLinux

Hey guys i'd like to run uClinuc on my Arm device, how do i go about getting 
it on there, i have a dev board with the arm i wanna use with the jtag 
programmer,

Do i open up the source for uC in Keil, compile it and just flash it to the 
device?
