Mine does.  The first sentence in the overview seems accurate:
"Available in a 40 pin DIP, the MOD5213 boasts 66MHz of performance 
on a 32 bit ColdFire platform."

The pic in the link IS a 40 pin dip.

Our other modules are not 40 pin dips, but the MOD5213 is.

They are however not $3.00 they are 39 to 26 depnding on quantity.
