I agree to a point, but languages do have qualitative differences. For example, if a server is implemented with a language with strict array bounds checking, the implementation language guarantees that buffer overruns are not an issue. But this of course boils down to where the threshold between "relevant" and "irrelevant" is drawn. -- Pertti
