I am trying to implement the baseband layer of Bluetooth on an FPGA, using Xilinx (project navigator) software. I have produced a simple maximal shift sequence and now want to Gaussian filter this. Has anybody used this software to complete this task before? If so could you offer me any hints or tips on how to start as I'm clueless, I had never used an FPGA or HDL until last week! Thanks very much Tom |

I suggest you post your question on comp.arch.fpga. Lots of DSP experts there, not so many here, this is a CPU group. http://groups.google.com/groups?group=comp.arch.fpga Also check out Ray Andraka's site. Much good material on FPGA DSP there. http://www.andraka.com/dsp.htm --Mike On Monday, November 18, 2002, at 07:45 AM, tom_robinson6 wrote: > I am trying to implement the baseband layer of Bluetooth on an FPGA, > using Xilinx (project navigator) software. > I have produced a simple maximal shift sequence and now want to > Gaussian filter this. > Has anybody used this software to complete this task before?
