lpc2000 flash utility for lpc23xx

Hi,
is there any software for flash programming of LPC23xx like
lpc2000 flash utility?
i download version v2.2.3 but it doesn't include lcp23xx.

there is the new FlashMagic that supports the LPC2300. Can be
