i failed to program LPC2378 using USB-ICP-LPC2K and magic flash. i have done the following connections. flash magic always shows the step1 autobaud failed.         USB-ICP-LPC2K                   LPC2378pin     1                                         3.3V         2                                         Reset (pin 24)         3                                         P2.10 (pin 76)         4                                         GND         5                                         RXD0 (pin 142)         6                                         TXD0 (pin 141) why does this error come?kindly help to program the flash of LPC2378.Thanks and Regards
