Hi all.
have question form different side.
Is possible make easy end low cost MP3 player (mono, FM quality) with any LPC
MCU??? is it possible. LPC2148 is possible to use (need 33kB ram and 110kB
flash) but this MCU in min qty 1000> is not cheap.
other MUC.
now I test audio player with VLSI chip VS1000 (only ogg file play) work. but
need external spi flash , and need external ADC (need this input ) . and this is
expensive...
any idea.
of course is possible to buy MPC3 player (only play form SD card) form china in
2$ in 1000qty. but this MP3 player don't have all what I need.

Hi,
If you don't mind, you might like to try LPC2368 with VS1000 series. I think it was bit costly but proven it works.

I used the LPC2106, a compact flash and a VS1011E (I think) to play .wav and .mp3 files. It's been a long time but I think I used an LM386 for an amplifier.
