i am new to LPC1768, but i have worked on LPC2129.
i want to implement Ethernet and USB protocols using the LPC1768.
please share information on Ethernet, USB and LPC1768. like links and some
books

please use Google ("LPC1768 Ethernet", ...)
to find at least a minimum of information
and come back with specific questions.
If you find good links about these topics,
please share them here with the community.

what software NXP offers for the LPC1700 family.

My dear anil
I advise a look at YouTube lpc1768 there is video showing the landtiger board and its demo programs both tcpip as well as USB . Or the keil boards

You could try mbed . org style
http://mbed.org/users/AdamGreen/notebook/gcc4mbed/ and use
a standalone compiler with the Ethernet libraries they provide.
Simple and efficient!
