KicChip

Started by michaelcollier April 17, 2008
Hi

I'd like to draw your attention to a brand new PIC based
microcontroller - "KicChip" that I have developed.

The KicChip uses BASIC as its language and is programmable via a simple
3 wire interface from the PC serial port - so it doesn't require
further programming devices (other than 2 resistors).

The software is free to download, it includes a BASIC simulator.

The URL is www.kicchip.co.uk

The first KicChip to be released is based on the PIC 16F88, and at
just 1.49 is pretty close to the price of the base PIC - so I'm
hoping that will tempt people to try...

Thanks,
Michael Collier
