VCP drivers for serial to ethernet

We use TCP/Com from Taltech (www.taltech.com).  30-day free trial period but costs $260 for two licenses.

You might try www.KernelPro.com  it's a standalone app.  You get 15 days
trialware and then you have to pay. If anyone has a freebie I'd like to
know!

Hi,
I'm in need for a VCP (Virtual Com Port Driver) for the Serial Ethernet
Application Kit. I would like the driver to make an additional Com port on
my computer that then connects to my development board. Then any serial
program on my computer can send/receive information to the development board
via ethernet.

Would any one know if any exists?
Or, if any libraries exist, and how to program them?
