AT91SAM7S256...

Hello,

I am new to this controller.

Can anybody suggest which tool chain to select for AT91SAM7S256 with which its easy to start with that is set of IDE+Compiler+Debugger.

I need .a79 as my output file extention.??

Im begginer on ARM too.
but im using KEIL Compiler for it you can find it on :www.keil.com
its so easy.
for programming you can use directly connect controller to pc usb and use samba software. it is very simple not need any external device.
for see its example you can download it from atmel website:

i try to search the example for you , cant find it .you can try to this page

while using keil i think we can't give output file extension.

i need out file with .a79 extension.
