What's the maximum RAM size that can be embedded in an ASIC today?

http://cmp.imag.fr/products/packaging/?p=prices seems to have SOIC in small quantities. They do multi-project wafers for small-run prototypes, way too expensive to actually put in most products. Maybe there is something in between.
