Where can I get a unit containing a fingerprint sensor, plus maybe a serial or USB interface? It is important that this should include a development kit so that we can get at the bitmap images produced Alternatively a source for say the sensor on a PCB and some simple interfacing. We are aware of the MBF110/200 devices from Fujitsu, but rather buy a ready made module to save some time.

AFAICR it uses a Fujitsu sensor. The UNC20 itself is a NET+ARM7 MCU with uCLinux in a DIP Module. Regards Anton Erasmus
