All the information you need to complete the assignment is in the
examples. Life is not spoon fed to you. Start with the examples. Then
modify them. If you have a specific question such as "I'm trying to
follow the example but don't see why they do this..." then you will get
much more help. Simply asking us to do your homework for you will not
get me (or most of the others) to help much. Show us that you are
working on it. If you can't figure anything out on your own then maybe
you need to switch majors.

Hi,
> I can't do it.otherwise i don't ask for help...
Tip: tutors get paid to teach, nobody on this list gets paid to help. Why
not ask for help from your tutor? Isn't that what they are there for?
If you don't understand then either you didn't pay attention, your tutor
didn't explain well, or you don't have the ability. Your post suggests the
latter.

Well, you've chosen a hard thing to do--software uarts are really very
nasty. I hate them and would not choose to implement them. But then I hate
hardware UARTs too. As Dan says, there are ample TI examples for this
stuff.
