The LPC812M101FD20 (SOP20) is available from Digi-Key: http://www.digikey.co.uk/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?WT.z_header=search_go&lang=en&keywords=LPC81 2M101FD20%20&x=0&y=0&cur=USD Farnell is awaiting delivery. I'll order some from them when they arrive as shipping will be free. I'll design a PCB for them. Leon -- Leon Heller G1HSM ------------------------------------ ... LPC812 available!

LPC2129 (SW)-CANBus Error troubleshooting: RX Passive Error, REC = 128   [11 Articles]

Hi fellow forum-goers, I'm trying to add a general-purpose CAN to UART function to an LPC2129 setup. CAN1 works at 250 and 500kbps, so I modified my code to add CAN2 but am experiencing difficulty. I'm hoping one of you gurus is willing to look over my configuration. CAN2 is supposed to be "scalable" to any of several baud rates, but I am testing on 33.3kbps on a SINGLE WIRE network. I am us... I've redesigned my little prototyping PCB for the DIP8 LPC810, adding a jumper to enable bootloading and a 3x1 connector for Flash Magic downloading (TxD, RxD and Gnd). The Gerbers have been sent off to ITead. If anyone wants one of the old PCBs, please send me an email with your address. The LPC810 doesn't seem to be available for sale, but you might be able to get some samples out of ... LPC810 update

Hi I am new to wind river compiler, I am trying to do robustness testing using binary wrapping method, I know that gcc has a --wrap option for wrapping function calls, I would like to do a similar wrapping using Wind River Diab compiler, any ideas how to do this? --------------------------------------- Posted through http://www.EmbeddedRelated.com ... MSP430G2213, need interrupt at ACLK rate   [4 Articles]

My application for MSP430G2213 needs an periodic interrupt at ACLK rate (I need accurate 2048 Hz interrupt, so 32768 Hz crystal divided by 8 would be perfect.) Timer A and it's two capture/control registers are not available to me (assigned for another use.) I looked through basic clock module section in SLAU144 (G series guide) and didn't see any interrupt available that is solely for use o... MSP430G2213, need interrupt at ACLK rate

bringing ARM CPUs into the RCM modules   [12 Articles]

We've used Rabbit based modules in the past, but have moved onto ARM CPUs, and have now done a couple of ports of RCM3xxx based modules to ARM CPUs. We're wondering if there is enough interest out there to do a RCM3xxx pin compatible module with an ARM processor. While Dynamic C is not ANSI standard, in many cases it's close enough to move code, and in the ARM the RAM paging is not an issue.... bringing ARM CPUs into the RCM modules

LPC2148 Both I2C Connections   [4 Articles]

Has anyone had any luck getting both I2C connections to work with the LPC2148? I've got I2C0 working fine now and I tried to set up I2C1 the same way (with the different pins of course) and I'm having some issues with it. I'm going to go try to analyze it with a scope but if anyone has any tips for that one I'd appreciate it. ------------------------------------ ... LPC2148 Both I2C Connections

I have been finding myself using the same design pattern more and more often lately, and I'm thinking of building a little class to carry around with me and implement it (or, maybe not, 'cause it's so easy). The design pattern is one of keeping track of and enumerating all objects of a given class. I use this for implementing menus (so I can find all the menu lines), comm-channel liste... I received my LPC810 proto boards from ITead yesterday, assembled one of them, and had a couple of problems getting one of my LPC810 samples working. First off, a very simple test program that built OK with the LPC812 wouldn't link, giving lots of error messages: Linking Test.elf .text is too large to fit in FLASH memory segment .dtors is too large to fit in FLASH memory segment .ctor...
