I'd like to use the BX_OEM Downloader from the Files section (ver 2.0 Beta 3)to download to a BX-35 but can't get it to switch ...

I'd like to use the BX_OEM Downloader from the Files section (ver 2.0 Beta 3)to download to a BX-35 but can't get it to switch processor type from BX-24 to BX-35. Is there a way to use it or is there another free standing downloader (only) available for the BX-35? I need a

This is just a sugestion. I'm mainly a Mac user and don't like switching between Mac & PC to program the BasicX. Couldn't NetMedia make a Mac version of their editor/downloader? I would make my own, but i'm a novice in progrmaing C/C++, Java, or RealBasic on a computer.

Is there a way to prevent the BX-24 from resetting when I open the download port from the BasicX downloader? I wrote a configuration program in VB6 and whenever I open the serial port to the BX-24, it resets like if I resetted its power. I would like to be able to open / close that port at will without resetting the BX-24. Thanks
