Hello. I am developing with samsung 2410 and currently activating LCD. Now LCD works somehow but not perpectly. The problem is that I have coded LCD to toggle between red and white and lower 1/3 of LCD displays opposite color. When upper 2/3 displays red, lower 1/3 displays white. vice versa. Typical dot clock of LCD module is 24.5Mhz, but I am driving LCD with 12M dot clock for unavoidable...

I'm looking to design a product that has a pretty LCD display. The LCD on my kid's Sony PSP (PlayStation Portable) would be perfect - but I'm finding that it would be cheaper to buy a PSP (US$170) and tear out the LCD than to buy the LCDs on their own (which I wouldn't do, of course!) Does anyone have a source for small (but not tiny) and pretty color LCD displays that cost $50-$100 or...

Hi All, I have this problem with my MSP430 controller. I want to use a 30 segment * 4 common LCD glass and use the rest of the pins as I/O. The data sheet specifies 2 modes where in S0-S27 are LCD functions or S0-S31 are LCD functions. Is there a way of making S0 to S29 as LCD functions. Thanks, Rohan

Hello, I am new to this forum, so I apologize if there is already a similar post. I am looking for a device that I can drive a 5.7" LCD panel from the VGA output of a PC. I don't have specifics on what is required for the LCD, but most of the LCD controllers I have found support high resolutions, and have a lot of extra features that I don't really need. I am looking for something barebo...

Hi, I need to use an lcd display for my project and what we have here is a 4x20 lcd. However, I can't find any starters's guide for using such device. Btw, I'm using a zilog mcu and I have enough I/O pins for all the pins of the lcd. It's better if your reference or sample code is in zilog syntax. Thanks!
