Hi everybody! I want to build a programmer for PIC 18F2550. During my searches on the web I found a so called "art2003" programmer, wich seems to be the ideal for me. The matter is that any link that could bring me to the schematic is unexisting or unreachable. Has anyone got this schematic? As anyone got the schematic for a different SIMPLE programmer for this PIC?

Dear, I am looking for the schematic of the BDM multilink cable. I need this because I want to program my Motorola HCS12 ?C via the standard Parallel port or USB port of my PC. I am looking for this because buying the programmer is very expensive and I like it to create my own PCB's. Is there anyone who can help me by sending me an URL where I can download the schematic? Or even bet...

Hi : I am writing a software system that is configured by the user using function block diagram - basically a schematic. I will provide a library of blocks, then compile the net list into a list of pointer assignments and function calls - you get the idea. What I need is a relatively simple and cheap schematic capture package, that can generate a netlist of "parts", their arbitary a...

I know that I've seen a TI document about this before, but a 15 minute google search left me with nothing. I am double-checking a schematic that uses an MSP430F149, and I want to ensure that I have all the pins correctly terminated for (1) correct operations and (2) access to the JTAG port for in-circuit programming and debugging. Here's what I've got: AVcc -- 3.3V DVcc -- 3.3V DV...

Hi all, I'm new to the group, and to the micro world as well. So, please forgive what may seem like ignorance on my part... I have recently aquired an EVB (nmix-0020) that utilizes an HC6811 microprocessor. I have been able to find some documentation on this, but the schematic that accompanies it (via the web) is very blurry. I have hunted for this information for what seems like hours (...

Hi, I'd like to modify the following Colibri Toradex Evaluation schematic: http://www.toradex.com/downloads/Colibri_EvaluationBoard_Schematics_Rev2.1.pdf Look at page 21 and 22. If i only want to use 1 USB port, it will probably have to be one of the "Host" ports, right? Like i should delete the other ports (going to "USBC_N" and "USBC_P"), becaus...

Hi, The following link for Schematic and PCB editing software has been posted on the lpc2000 yahoo group. http://www.lis.inpg.fr/realise_au_lis/kicad/ Looks like it runs under both Linux and Windows. The documentation is mostly in French, and it looks like they are looking for people to help translate the documentation into English. Regards Anton Erasmus

What the hell was I smoking when I did this? I'm finally trying to get a design into production that I did two years ago. The proto worked two years ago. It's still sitting on my desk. The preproduction unit I made yesterday didn't. Looking at the schematic, it's pretty clear why it didn't work. What's not clear is what I was thinking when I designed the proto...

Hi, As a side-comment to the schematic preferences thread (hopefully not another lengthy thread :> ), I'm curious as to what folks use as an offpage connector symbol. Given that I prefer these to be *at* the edges of the schematic *and* given that the signal name will be "outboard" of it, I try to use very narrow symbols. And, since it is common for other such "offpage" symbols to be

Slightly off-topic maybe: Our company has a recuring problem : subsystems send out for cabling at subcontractors are often returned miswired. It seems that they always misinterprete our schematics. Partly i think this is because the people whoe actually carry out the cabling are not electrical engineers. The electronic schematic entry and pcb layout software we are using are working out...

Hi, I've just opened one of my old open hardware/open software projects and stated, that the schematic diagram is displayed incorrectly due to changed symbols in KiCad library. Fortunately I was able to find the old library, and copy it to the directory with my schematic. However it is not the best solution. I'd like to now if it is possible to "embed" the symbol form the library to my s...

In the 1990s I used a Xilinx-only version of DOS Viewlogic, version 4 I think. Viewlogic was hacked so that schematic files created in the unrestricted version could not be opened in the restricted version(s). However, somebody developed a program called sneaky.exe which patched the schematic file, to enable it to be opened. I have been chucking out a large quantity of 5.25" disks with...

Its not a big problem but annoying nonetheless. I installed the ISE 8.2 last week and have been using the view rtl schematic and view technology schematic features just fine since my install. Today, however, when I open up the schematics the page is blank. I have to zoom in or zoom to screen to see anything. And this doesnt always work. Of course, if it does work then I have to zoom back...

We've transfer the data to the Tcl/ Tk using IPC. But I have a problem.
