My company has a device that uses the 89C51. Somehow the flash memory is getting corrupted. The device will not boot properly after a reset....

My company has a device that uses the 89C51. Somehow the flash memory is getting corrupted. The device will not boot properly after a reset. When the device is reprogramed it works ok. I know this is a general description without much detail. I'm just looking for anyone who might have had similiar problems with this device. Thanks! E.L.
